Over at Fit-Bottomed Girls, Jenn has written a great post about shaking things up when you get stuck in a training rut – the Light-Medium-Heavy workout – and it looks great. It makes me wish that the gym at my work had kettlebells, so I could get in some strength training during the day, rather than having to wait until the boys are in bed – at which point I am knackered.
Digital Photography School has taken a fascinating look at urban exploration photography – what beautiful images.
I love this blog post about embracing who we really are:
“Pinterest is so full of things that will never happen. Like mega skinny long legs, expensive fashion and tiny waists.
Enjoy Pinterest as inspiration, but never doubt your greatness. Reality is the most beautiful thing.”
It reminds me of this from Marianna:
“You put yourself out there to a virtual world where anyone or everyone can judge you, the way you look or the way you live, your personality etc.
And all that just by the small part of your life that you show on your blog, like it was the whole truth.”
This is a fantastic post about why you need to be on Google Plus and why it is so brilliant. As I’ve said before, 2014 is the year of Google Plus for me and this post has proven invaluable in helping me understand what the platform is all about and how best to use it.
And oh my, doesn’t this smoothie sound delicious?
